We make no guarantees regarding the removal of stains, odors, or other specific cleaning results, as these may depend on the nature and condition of the materials being cleaned. 

 

Our team strives to complete all cleaning tasks within the allotted time. However, if the job requires more time than originally scheduled, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for the extra time spent on-site. We will notify you before exceeding the scheduled time and ensure your approval. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
